1. Website Care — $99 per month
Website Care includes up to three minor update requests during each paid billing cycle, changes to existing text, photos, business hours, or contact information, one monthly form and broken-link check, email support, and an initial response target of three business days.
2. Business Care — $149 per month
Business Care includes up to five minor update requests during each paid billing cycle, everything in Website Care, updates to existing products, services, prices, or booking information, one monthly check of the one configured business feature, email support, and an initial response target of two business days.
3. Requests, cycles, and response times
One minor request is one related group of changes to one existing page or one existing feature. A request counts only after WebScale accepts it and marks it in progress. Requests reset on the monthly billing date, unused requests expire, and requests do not roll over. Each plan covers one website and one primary customer contact.
A response target means WebScale will acknowledge, review, or begin organizing the request within the stated business-day period. It is not a guaranteed completion deadline. Completion depends on scope, customer materials, platform availability, and the order of accepted requests.
4. Support hours and exclusions
Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding United States federal holidays. Care is not emergency or 24/7 support.
New pages, redesigns, new features, custom code, full copywriting, advertising, ongoing SEO, branding, legal work, large content entry, security incidents caused by third parties, and work outside the existing configured site are excluded and quoted separately. Wix plans, domains, paid apps, payment-processing fees, and third-party subscriptions are not included.
5. Billing and cancellation
Care is billed monthly beginning on the care start date stated in the signed care agreement. It is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. The customer may cancel future billing at any time by emailing hello@webscaleagency.com before the next scheduled charge. Service continues through the already-paid cycle, unused requests expire at its end, and WebScale sends written cancellation confirmation.
The current paid cycle is not prorated or refunded except when required by law or to correct a billing error. If WebScale receives a timely cancellation request but fails to stop the next charge, WebScale refunds that mistaken charge. WebScale does not treat silence as cancellation.
6. Failed payments
A failed care payment begins a 7-calendar-day grace period on the failed-charge date. Care is paused during that period. Wix may attempt a retry when the platform makes that option available, but retries are not guaranteed. Payment during the grace period resumes the same billing cycle; it does not create extra requests or extend the reset date.
If payment is not completed by the end of the grace period, the care service ends and unused requests expire. Restarting requires any valid outstanding balance, an active payment method, and written confirmation of the new start or cycle date.
7. Plan changes, price changes, and termination
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless a written exception says otherwise. WebScale gives at least 30 days' written notice before a care price change. WebScale may end care at the end of a paid cycle with at least 14 days' written notice.
WebScale may immediately suspend service for illegal use, abuse, a security threat, nonpayment, or a material agreement breach. If WebScale ends care for its own convenience during a paid cycle, WebScale provides a proportional refund for the unused part of that cycle.
8. Access and ownership
The customer retains ownership of the customer website and content. When access is needed, the customer grants WebScale the least-privileged Wix Website Manager or custom role suitable for the accepted work—not Co-Owner access by default. WebScale removes its access after care ends once any required closeout work is complete.
9. Separate agreement and controlling terms
Buying a website does not enroll the customer in care. The website application does not charge for care. A separate signed care agreement identifies the selected plan, start date, billing date, customer website, and authorized contact. If a signed care agreement conflicts with this summary, the signed agreement controls for that customer, subject to applicable nonwaivable law.
